Ok, I just plain SUCK at this blogging thing...... Just deal with the fact that I never update..... I just can't, with 2 kids, in sports, it is summer(for them), and we would rather be outside..... Yes, I am one of those parents that sits on my butt and watches my kids play outside. I wave at the neighbors(even if they don't!) and chill. I hate the fact that nowadays, they can't just play outside, for fear that someone might take them, or abuse them. I remember my mom locking me out of the house and we would wander the neighborhood..... but that is how it is.
Well, I have lost 28.9 pounds and I am still going strong! I just wish that everything wasn't pointing south.... Not a firm as I was before kids. Looking for a good plastic surgeon. Need: a tummy tuck and a boob lift!!!!
A is now a first grader!!! Ugh, how did he get so old! J is in K-4..... Where did the time go! I will post some pictures of kindergarten graduation. They have both found some really nice friends. A's friend C lives in the house right next door and J's friend K lives four houses down. It is nice because they are not really bugging me anymore! :-)
I have to tell you about the title. Nana came for a visit last week and we went to Kohl's. J went with us. We were riding in the car bitching about something, and J says, "You better close your mouth on that one sweetie!!" WHAT??? Where did she get that one??? Until next time!!!

Oh, it Has Been SOOOOO Long!!!

I didn't realize that it had been so long since I last had an entry. Whew! This has been quite a year. I don't know why I don't do this more often, I guess I am just not "with it" all the time! When we last left off, the kids were having their Christmas program. They sure have grown up! A is getting ready for First grade!!!!! And J is getting ready for K4. She still is unsure about school, but is not crying anymore! A is about to lose his first tooth and I am trying to decide what I should get him, a pillow or a box. I am leaning more towards the pillow, it would have his name engraved on it. I should have ordered it a long time ago, but I was just not ready for this to happen!!! I am still unsure as to how much the tooth fairy leaves nowadays..... I asked a friend of mine, Bax, and she said that she leaves $5 a tooth! That might be a little pricey for me, but we'll see.
J is the same, she is growing like a weed and doesn't fit into her clothes, she is too skinny and too tall!!!!!!!!!! God love her! She is learning so much and always tells me if I am wrong. We are always playing Polly Pockets and Tea party. Typical girl stuff! I do feel bad for her since the neighbor boy is always coming over to play with A, she doesn't have a little girl to play with, so she is stuck with mommy. I enjoy it though, but it is sad when she says, "I want a girl four years old to play with mommy!" What can ya do...... None near us. They all live in the back of the neighborhood.....
I am going to try to load new photos..... I don't have any recent photos, so I will have to take some and them upload them.......
Oh! I have lost a total of 18 1/2 pounds on Jenny Craig!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus a total of 15 inches around the body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am down 2 sizes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Exciting!

I have more time on my hands these days. Classes are no longer until after January. I am thinking about putting J in cheerleading and A in Tae Kwon Do(sp?) We will see. I don't want to become the Texas cheerleading mom that has to deal with the nastiness and attempts of murder. Remember that??? Anyway, my one wish for this holiday season is that my husband wraps up a letter that says we can move this summer! Doubt that would happen, but it is nice wishing for it! Been a long time!

Wow! Who knew that having two kids in school would cause you to be so busy. I always hear parents saying that they are always going from one place to another all the time. Well, I now know that this is true. This is the first weekend that we haven't had to do anything.... And that is because we are all sick. J has a double ear infection, she has been home sick from school for a whole week. A is just allergic to something in the air and hopefully with this freeze tonight, he will be done with it. Mr. V and me, well we just have colds........ I get to go out tonight though. It is my best friend's 30th birthday tonight..... I know, she is a little young'n, but she sure is fun!!! Mrs. D this one is for you! We are going to have a rockin' time tonight!!!!
I have no recent pictures in here, but I have sent out the Christmas card..... That's all I have...... I need to go lay down with J, she is begging me!!!!
